Nice, but too ornate for my tastes. It still needs updates. The primary suite had lots of elaborate crown molding, but the common areas had basic moldings. Also there was a lot of wasted space in the primary bath. For the price, you get a lot of home. I'd love to have seen the guest house, and all of the other bathrooms. There are lots of different styles going on so it's not very cohesive. Overall, a nice house.

It is only out of love that I feel that I should tell you the truth: Even 'if' there was a such thing as an invisible god, he would have probably been too busy healing cancer, ending starvation, ending wars, giving paralyzed people the ability to walk, giving eyesight to the blind, and curing other diseases such as Alzheimer's and heart disease.... too busy fixing all of those things before spending too much time to give you a $5 million dollar mansion. Fortunately for the story, there is no such thing as invisible magical gods who create people out of dust and ribs. (You'd think that this far into the 21st century people would know that already.)

The place is fabulous not gonna lie but it also needs a major renovation on the inside. Hope whoever bought it did so. I love the bones of the house, even though the layout is a bit confusing at times. Also, who the heck wants someone with access to your master bath by being able to not only walk down there, but see you talking a bath?

This house sat empty for nearly five years. The people who purchased the house from the original own never moved in, file for bankruptcy, and owned over 80 million dollars worth of property in the Dallas area. Squatters moved in, torn the house apart, then investors bought the house. I was on of 10 people who bid on the house. All the curtains and fabrics in house are original and were in the house when the squatter lived in the house. The only thing the flipper did was paint some of the house, and replace some of the limestone outside, and rebuild the poll. For the size of the house, it is a good deal. It needs updating. Painting is not updating, it's maintenance.

This was uncomfortable to watch. I felt like I was being lied to the whole time, and instead of them relaying the feeling that this house would be an exciting purchase, it felt them convey tones of disinterest, fakeness, an utter disgust. The camera angles made me feel as though the house may be haunted, as they hardly ever followed the people all the way into the spaces they occupied - what was the cameraman afraid of??. This video should be shown as to what not to do when video touring g a house.

I felt it was great. Not unlike other luxury house tours and both seemed very excited. Haunted? What? I’m shocked as to how it’s only $5 mil. The large highway at the side might be a reason but that creek is a wonderful feature. Also it makes the land rolling which isn’t common in that area. I loved it. Keep up the good work.

I am sure they are nice folk. but know nothing about what they are showing. For example fluted columns, limestone fire places,on suite bath rooms wine cellar barely saw, and was it temp. controlled, and so on. The home was run down, and will require a large investment. Room knowledge is lingo is basically none. Camera work was lacking as well, rookies!
