I saw Nosferatu and I really loved it. I get what you’re saying about it being heavy, but I think I have to see it again because I missed so much of what they were saying towards the end due to loud eaters, phone users, and talkers/coughers in my theater. The atmosphere of this movie was phenomenal.

Hey now, Nosferatu had a tree and Christmas song, it is fairplay.

Hey man. I’m 5’3 and I share your pain. I’m 31 and until recently I never really took it to heart, but I’m realizing that being taller definitely has more advantages than just getting women. Everyone respects you more no matter what.

What are you to talking about, this film being hard to watch and "Dark"? The Average Cable show has way more graphic sex and violence. This is TAME compared to what your twelve year old is watching regularly
@TheHockeyGuy23 сағат бұрын
Our almost 12 year old would definitely not be able to handle this and it was much more graphic than anything we see on cable.
@Valkonnen21 сағат бұрын
@@TheHockeyGuy Have you not seen the graphic gore and graphic sex on Game of Thrones alone? Boardwalk Empire, or basically any drama contains material that would have been x rated in 1978. Even the Walking dead contains more gore.

Saw Nosferatu on my birthday, probably my favorite movie of the year. I love horror movies that focus more on overwhelming dread vs jump scares and shock values. Yeah I wasn't scared per say, but there was a lot of thinking, which for me is a win. I like to actively view vs passively view, so if a film starts making me ask questions, whatever they might be, I'm hooked. Also if it's a bad movie, if I can riff like MST3000, look out.

I felt that nosferatu did a lot of things right when it was building things up but the payoffs weren't as good. Also, for my friend and me, there were parts that crossed the line of is this scary or just funny/silly.

I'm about to embark on watching your Top 200 movies and I see that they are from 6 years ago. Just wondering if you think that maybe your Top....30, 20, 10 have changed much from then? And if so, do you plan on revising your all-time list here on your channel sometime in the future? In the meantime I'm going to enjoy watching your original Top 200 list. Thanks a lot for making it! On the music front I really liked watching your top 100 songs videos. It led to me checking out a bunch of songs that were new to me. Same kind of question there -- have many new songs entered your Top Songs list? Maybe a subject for a video? Thanks for all you do, I really enjoy your channel.

Watched Nosferatu last night. I enjoyed it, but like you said, I likely wouldn't watch it again. I didn't like it as much as y'all, though. I'd probably give it a B. It's so dark and it's so much. It's VERY dramatic. The acting is great. Bill Skarsgård is one of the greatest and maybe most underappreciated actors of his generation. Lily-Rose Depp was unbelievable. My favourite character might've been Aaron Taylor-Johnson's just because he's so straight laced around the chaos. Also, I watched parts of Genie at my sister's house, and I was confused lmao

Shannon, in case no one has already said this, if not for your sake, but your families, get your hockey card collection appraised, even if it costs some money to do so. Truth be told, it may be very valuable, and they may prefer the money from it than holding on to it. I know that might hurt to hear, but you could be setting them up, depending how valuable it is. I mean that with the utmost respect, as one dad to another.

Thanks for a video I can totally relate to . Yes life can be a struggle and it is easy to assume everyone is living a better life than you . When in fact virtually all of us have some sort of demon that is always there…….laziness , booze , mood swings , anxiety etc. The best advice I can give is live life one day at a time and hang in there .

All my respect for making this video, being honest about such an important topic and all !! I'm really glad things are better now and I really hope they stay the same ! I just would really love to seize this opportunity to thank you for your work, I'm always happy when I get a notification from a new video of yours. I'm deeply passionate about hockey, but I live in a country where it isn't popular at all (Brazil). I basically grew up thinking I didn't like sports, because "sports" have truly only meant one, football (soccer), which I've always hated. To this day I have no one to talk about hockey with that could care the slightest, at best they would just politely hear me for a while, but I know they're not truly interested. Playing is even worst. No ice in my city for that, don't know any team to play inline either, and I miss the time overseas when stepping on the ice was the highlights of my week. Your videos are literally (ok, fine: figuratively) a light at the end of the tunnel. When I watch them, I can dive deep into everything happening in my favourite sport knowing I'm hearing all of this from someone equally as passionate about the beautiful game and it feels like a chat with a friend ! Thank you for being there, and Go Bruins !! 😊

I keep trying to make the case that The Lion in Winter (1968) is a Christmas movie, but I get no takers. Maybe because it's an old movie and most of the young'uns have never seen it...?? I mean, Dad gets Mom sprung from prison for the holidays, 3 sons fight over inheritance, and everybody hates each other. What says Christmas more than that??

In Germany, some of the common Christmas movies are: Home Alone 1 and 2, Die Hard 1 and 2 (yes, Die Hard is shown a lot on Christmas) and Coming to America. More traditional Christmas movies shown are a movie adaptation of Little Lord Fauntleroy (in German: Der kleine Lord), and a Czechoslovakian-East German adaptation of Cinderella called "Three Wishes for Cinderella (in German: Drei Haselnüsse für Aschenbrödel; in Czech: Tři oříšky pro Popelku)". Before the fall of the Iron Curtain, that movie became very popular in West Germany as well.

I have compiled a list of Hallmark Christmas movies that were filmed in the small town I used to live in outside of Ottawa before I moved west at the Federal Government's expense. Most people would know Almonte, Ontario as the birthplace of the inventor or basketball, Dr. James Naismith. But since 2016, maybe earlier, the town has been used for over a dozen of Hallmark Christmas movies. One had Tim Reid from WKRP in Cincinnati in it (and featured a house my parents almost bought but didn't because of repair costs). Another had Tom Arnold (who sounded like he had the worst cold in his life), and Fran Drescher appeared in one as well. Lately, Almonte has been the filming location for summer Hallmark movies too. It's a beautiful town and I hope it continues to be used for movies like this (even though the storylines are identical in all of them).

AEW has too many wrestlers. People show up, get over, and just disappear. Remember “Send Hook!”, “Hookhausen”, or just Dannhausen in general? AEW also has the problem that despite being a huge wrestling fan Tony Khan doesn’t seem to care one bit about characters or stories. For the first few years, the promotion managed to include all despite Tony, but he’s stopped it not. Also losing CM Punk was a huge blow.
