I'm a fully qualified chef, and I've never heard of butter featuring in fondant. I even Googled it after this video. Am I missing something?

Yeah it's a very common recipe but judging from comments on this video it doesn't seem to have ever got to the US (assuming that's where you're from). It's a root vegetable, usually potato, simmered in butter / stock.

Buying cherry tomatoes? If its not autumn or winter, grow them. Theyre trivial to grow and taste miles better than shop bought (even organic)

I'm not a big fan of the softer creamier eggs. I like American style, with big fat set curds. But I am really fussy when it comes to eggs as it is, I rarely order a fried egg anywhere because the slightest bit of clear egg snot and i'm done 🤣

Can you shred frozen eggs with the paradice 16? We have a freeze dryer and froze the eggs but the block is too tall to fit in the dryer.
