Funny storey actually... this morning I was crossing the street at a crosswalk and a car almost hit me! So instead of flipping them off I just stopped right there and closed my eyes and took 3 deep breaths. It worked wonders... until I got hit by another car. THANKS BRETT!

Katie Davies Glad to be of service David! I'm glad your able to laugh about it! I hope that car wasn't hurt too bad when it ran into you! I hate whenever cars run into me, its always so awkward :/. I don't understand why cars are on the roads anyways, like, stick the sidewalks...sheesh!

Depending on the size and quality, you can pick them up for $20-$200. This one was about 100$, if I remember correctly.

This is great. I like the rope thing with the lines, I've never seen that kind of excersize before.

Have you ever tried yoga? I just started and find it really great! I always heard people loved it but didn't realize how much until I tried.

Why grape tomatoes and not cherry?

I have to disagree with you on this one, Brandon! I love the yolk of the egg! For breakfast I generally eat a cup of oatmeal and a banana, then I go to the gym, have a 50g protein shake when I get back then I'll have 4 WHOLE eggs and 7 oz of chicken.

Hey Brandon, I really like these tips! I know I love waking up and preparing a delicious breakfast for myself and then going straight to the gym.

What I like to do is, since I have 5:30 AM shifts, make a quick nutrition shake the night before and put it in the fridge so I'm not rushing in the morning to get some food in me. The getting up part is hard because it's so early, and what works best for me is just standing up regardless how tired I am, and just washing up. Once I'm actually up, I stay up for the rest of the day! It's hard at once, but it gets easier.

Interesting, make some sort of good tasting food the night before to get me up. I like it! I shall definitely try this one out!

I've never seen shoes tied that way, but it seems like it would be really secure while not being all that different from the way we're taught when we first learn in kindergarten. As for tips for waking up, I'm definitely not the one to ask, since I work from home and I will get out of bed literally at the last possible moment before I need to be at my computer to start, lol.
