he farmed it on old Yamato though, which was unkillable and he had better movement than most of those early players... his build is dogwater though if you actually check what he buys and what it's for. Like it is clearly Ult-centered, but he doesn't even have SupCooldown and has TP but doesn't have EE. Also he has literally zero real defensive items, as he's banking all on Ult - without Ult, his Yamato is dogwater. He's advocating for people to not buy Superior Stamina, but then uses the useless Kinetic Dash ..

it's because FtF's build tries to be Jack of all Trades, while being master of none... He has melee items in it, but doesn't maximize on those. He has Torment Pulse, but doesn't add EscaExposure, which go hand in hand. Then he has many items supporting his Ult, but doesn't even have Superior Cooldown, which would cut all the cooldowns he needs by a good chunk. It looks very disjointed. Take care with Vain's build though, because it looks like it's starving heavy in early game and takes a long while until the damage comes online ... you're safe with all the shields, but you do virtually no damage, as he doesn't have cold front, or Mystic shot, nor Mystic Burst early on. It's a greedy build and you can fail hard with it, that's why he writes "play super safe in lane" .. The thing with those greedy builds that go very few cheap items and then save for the big expensive items already from minute 7 or so, is that they can ruin your game if you have tough opponents, because you won't be able to farm your expensive core items (3k souls). Also in early game, you get less money in general, as opposed to like minutes 8+, where you can farm more and faster, if you have invested in a few 500/1250 items like Mystic Shot, Mystic Burst and Cold Front

Surge of power is ok, I don't use it because its more of a hybrid gun item and there are too many other t3 spirit items that are better i.e. Torment pulse, Superior CD, Spirit Snatch, Ethereal Shift, improved burst, improved spirit.

You aren't wrong that Yamato is really strong but I would give the braindead broken award to haze. For the people it clicks with in their head, it is easy, but not everyone understands the flow of Yamato playstyle. Even if it is perceived as easy, you have to admit he is executing it at almost the highest level which still takes skill. It is like Stephen Curry getting double or triple teamed and hitting threes and people complaining that he makes it look easy cause he just shoots the ball. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a clip soon of a team on mid boss getting 1v6 by a Yamato who steals rejuv and has all his teammates dead

i think she's overpowered yeah, but there's chars like Wraith or Haze that are literally: "use sleep/ult + left-click = dead"

not really, just need to be closer if you want to hit guardian but everything else is the same

lots and lots of spirit and bullet resist when u ult now. like 90% sure resist counts towards the shields

they dont, but barrier items are very strong early-mid game regardless. and it does prevent you from dying mid ult
