The check in area looks surprisingly organized for once, it's always chaotic for me lol trying to figure out just which line up to go to. I love love PAL, can never go wrong with their incredible service and comfort even in Economy :) No IFE is too bad BUT that flight over BGC is nice!

Also, I flew the exact route 3 weeks ago, but on Cebu Pacific, Airbus A330-900neo for the 1st time to Sydney, flight is 85% full, flight is good and okay, 7 and a half hours, I pre order a meal, called beef abodo with rice that comes with small bottle of water, it taste good and okay, but the cabin is a little warm and dry on a 7 and a half hour flight to Sydney because there is no air vent and the legroom is bad and tight, 29 to 30 inches, I felt almost quite uncomfortable, but I am okay.

I flew Philippine airlines, Airbus A330-300 even in the old cabin, economy class is in a tight 3-3-3 configuration, same as yours, but I flew RP-C8782 to Dubai, flight is almost full, flight is good and okay, 8 hours without in flight entertainment TV, they have wifi, but no internet, just the website.

Is that your 1st time flying Philippine airlines, Airbus A330-300 with tight 3-3-3 configuration in economy class and how is it?

9:31, Oh, PH-BHP have mechnical issue? I never flew a plane that has mechnical issue, including KLM, Boeing 787-9 (PH-BHL), we departed on time, same on your 2nd attempt and departed on time. That's weird. After PH-BHP is fix, it return to service flying until to this day. Now I check on flightradar for PH-BHP, it looks like it's departing on time without delay.

PAL is projecting as flag carrier but in reality it is a budget airline.

If it comes to a meal, dont expect too much from KLM 😂😂😂

Great review onboard PAL! Maybe PAL should consider to refurbish all their A330s with IFE screens rather then leaving some in this configuration. 3-3-3 on an A330 without IFE screens, on a flight this long, doesn't sound comfortable 🙃

Sorry, I had a totally different experience with the KLM dealing with a delay - customer care is customer scare, what a lousy treatment of a loyal customer, who stopped being a loyal customer. KLM - das war einmal.

How often this happens on this route? Have an upcoming flight with KL810 in November 2024. The KL809 leg changed date due to overbooking, so KLM helped us to rebook an MH flight instead.

Good thing that KLM, under the 'influence' of AF, no longer invests in that Boeing junk, but in the Airbus (350), a much more reliable alternative! Furthermore: nice service from KLM, but that's how it should be!

Great video! Took this flight in 2019 from KUL to CGK, the aircraft at that time was an old Boeing 777-200 and faced a technical problem too which caused a two-hour delay.

Ah, I was waiting in line atCGK for KL810 on 14-Jan when they suddenly stop the check in process. So this is why... I inquired if I could be moved to an MH flight that departs in like 45 mins since I have onward connection. They rebooked me immediately and I had to run to the gate. All well thankfully.

A very interesting video on how KLM handled such situation. They did it very well. I just wish IFE had been activated

2:07 and 11:20, That's the same gate, C22 and aircraft type that I flew KLM for the 1st time in mid July from Kuala Lumpur to Manila on the 5th freedom flight, we departed on time and the flight is okay, 3 and a half hours, the seat cabin is identical to my flight, but my seat 43G is almost broke when I recline, but I decided not to recline and sadly I didn't notified the flight attendant about my broken seat. My seat 43G on the Boeing 787-9 (PH-BHL) needs to be fix. This is my 1st time that my seat is almost broken when I fly a new airline and aircraft type and I am a little disappointed that it's my 1st time flying KLM, my seat 43G is almost broken and it wasn't fix before or after my flight in mid July.
