Man with all the colors and stuff that almost could pass for a modern design. Most old beer cans (and just old stuff in general) have that distinctive "old" look to them...with the how the logo designs and fonts, etc. look. Now I don't mean that in a bad way, it's just very noticeable compared to modern stuff. I like how Hamm's beer is currently using a more vintage style can design.

You are right to suggest that people should get an expert opinion from someone they trust. Until you get your stamps to that person: 1. Don't touch them with your fingers. The oils in your skin can harm the stamps. Fingerprints left on the gum can greatly reduce the value of the stamp. 2. Don't pull the stamps out of the album and don't remove hinges unless you know what you are doing. It can tear the stamp and make a valuable stamp worth a tiny fraction of its value. 3. Don't use tweezers from your bathroom which can leave permanent impressions or scratches. Use stamp tongs. 4. Don't cut stamps off old envelopes. Sometimes having the stamp on an envelope can enhance the value of the stamp.

Just came across your video about the AmEmb Beijing July 4th McDonald poster. I’d be interested if you found out a value. I have one poster and my son has two. I did see one was up for auction, but don’t know the winning bid. As a matter of interest, this poster was not to commemorate the opening of the embassy, it was merely to celebrate the 4th of July. The embassy had already been in operation for many years. The hamburgers for the occasion were shipped from Hong Kong as there were no McDonalds in China in 1988.

Today We were helping my wife clean up a non-profit building (that is moving) today and they were throwing away boxes of donated stuff nobody wanted. My son was bored and went dumpster diving and pulled out this tape because he knows the movie very well. My wife told him to throw it back but he persisted and stashed it away in my truck. Being of my generation, I thought it was cool myself... so looked it up. Pretty cool, in deed. BTW... the copy he found was still in it's plastic, NM other than a gift tag that read, "To: grandma from: JR" which made us laugh, because she never watched it. The gift tag pealed right off cleanly. I now have this displayed on our entertainment center.

How to Value a Stamp Collection of a few 100000 stamps? Make photographs of each page in your albums, let software couple each stamp to a stamp in the Michel catalogue (and determine its condition) and let the software make a calculation of the value
