I wish there was a grip that would allow all of the fired brass to be to be ejected. There's always one case that hits the grip and won't eject. This problem also makes it difficult to use a speedloader.

paid 169.00 gen 4 mine has been great never a issue. I practice with it @ least once a month been putting approximately 30 rounds out it at 3 to 25 yards its quite accurate have owned it for around 3 years. It is in my pocket holster carry every day with one in the pipe.

I have never had any malfunctions with this gun. I have stuffed every type of ammo in it and still shoots. It is a little heavy but I carry in a waist pack with no issues and I know it’s ready if the situation calls for self defense.

Those DB9s gen 4s have a zero energy striker system and twin trigger bars inside, also rated for +p. Truly double action like a revolver. I've owned 2 kahrs, a cm9 and a cw380. The cm9 was excellent, but traded it for a g2c. The cw380 was a nightmare with every type of ammo. The kahrs have a 200 round break in period so be patient in the beginning. They prefer to be charged using the slide release. Galloway precision and mag guts have some great upgrades for the kahrs. Thanks for the comparison, i do think the kahrs are built better but have not handled a db9.

The gen 4 comes with a 2 piece plastic guiderod on the recoil spring. Mine broke within the first 150 rounds. I modified a recoil spring assembly from a Kahr Cm9/Pm9 and installed it in the Diamondback DB9 Gen 4. Runs like a champ!!!

Heritage says the reason they did not put plus p on the barrel because it is and old school remake and in the old days they only said 38 special on the barrel

It's not blued it's black nitride coated then highly polished the taurus deputy is the same finish

I had a P11. It was a dog. Unreal bad trigger and was accurate throwing it. Only the 3rd gun I ever sold to unload it. Bought a G26 and can hit great with it. The sub2000 seems pretty cool but this pr57, I wouldn't buy at any price! No way to drop a mag to clear a jam or easily unload it...no way. Might as well get a high point haha.
