Striker fired guns don't actually need a trigger dingus safety. Glock put those one their guns because the trigger spring pulls on the trigger to lighten the pull weight. I believe the trigger safety was added as a service/morale requirement, akin to an AR forward assist device. This is contrary to what most people think a trigger spring would do, which is push, as a trigger return spring. On a Glock, the striker spring pushes the trigger back forward to reset the mechanism. *Note: if you replace the standard Glock trigger spring with a NY spring, this is no longer true. This is how they increase the pull weight, by taking away the assisting spring.

Wouldn't want a 9mm that small , to snappy of a round for a small firearm. I'll stick with my 380 acp and my carry revolvers.
