@@MinderellaCreations in glittering glasses made like this? Glitter wont come out after heat?
@MinderellaCreations17 күн бұрын
@@Hitzyheaven You wouldn’t want to use the glasses for hot if they were done with glitter and epoxy. Epoxy can withstand some high temps but it’s not good to repeatedly expose it to temps that are high. It can cause it to yellow and crack over time.

Woootywooo, THANK YOU for this info! Grabbed 2 Stanley tumblers at my local Thrift Store for $4 total (super steal!), which were in great condition minus the vinyl stickers all over them. Peeled the stickers off and used acetone to remove the glue (no lemongrass oil on hand). Took a bit of scrubbing (there were A LOT of stickers on them), but they came out beautifully- just saved myself $80+ on this project thanks to your help!

How long do you leave them turning after adding epoxy nobody ever says??
@MinderellaCreations5 ай бұрын
Depends on the epoxy and how fast it cures. A standard epoxy I leave turning 6-12 hours. Fast cure ones are 2-4 or so.

Hello, I have used the foam brush with the mod podge and just ran them under water just where the mod podge is while squeezing the foam until I saw clear water then squeezed out any excess water left in it. I'm a frugal hunter instead of getting rid of them. Your designs are very nice.

@MinderellaCreations8 ай бұрын
No. They are hand wash only. Over time epoxy can break down if placed in the dishwasher so you don’t want to put them in there. I don’t go all the way to the top to leave room to put your mouth when you drink.
