I Do like her singing talents.But I liked the band better when All the members participated in singing.Thats why my favorite song by the bangles Is walk Luke an Egyptian.as a matter of Fact I'll leave in the middle of this s video to watch that one better Instead.

Susanna Hoffs has a really beautiful singing voice, but it is a little disappointing that she’s never made a successful solo album. I still love her music nevertheless.

I recently visited friends in NYC and the taxi driver on the way La Guardia was listening to 101.9 Smooth Jazz CD.. I had to ask the driver, "What's this station?" When I returned to San Francisco, this station, streamable online, became my favorite background music as I worked. Last evening, they played this Susanna Hoffs version. of Burt Bacharach's classic. It stopped me dead in my tracks. It's a bit of Claudine Longet or Francoise Hardy with some Lani Hall thrown in for good measure!!!. Perhaps I'm too old for "Manic Monday" or "Walk Like Egyptian," but I certainly hope there are more gems like this to be found .

Reading some of the comments here made me chuckle. I'm 61 now, and I tell ya, what guy DIDN'T fall in love with Susanna at this moment !! I know I did. Even at 65 now, she is still a beautiful lady !!
