I know you don't like to focus your videos on the baby stuff but anyway :D how did you manage with dinners at the hotel and baby bedtime routines? I know in Spain they normally have dinner a bit late comparing with the UK. I am going on holidays as well to Spain with a 9 months old boy and trying to have a plan for the evenings :D

The fact that you even got to the gym on a holiday is pretty good because I always get a hotel with the gym sometimes we get to go.

As a new mum (baby girl is 13 months) I’m completely in the same boat, she’s always been an awful sleeper and I’ve struggled so much with the energy too, only just getting back into fitness now as my energy is coming back, your vlogs and content are really inspiring me to do so too, so thank you 🥰

Oh that's terrible I hope it gets better. I used to be like that when I was a teenager into my 20's. After having my first child the symptoms got better

Just a quick tip, it is better not to take magnesium and iron at the same time as drinking coffee (wait an hour or more), coffee hinders the absorption

Just looked for an old staple meals video. Surprised to see a lot of old content gone. That's a shame because it was good and worth revisiting. Have to look somewhere else for good vegan food and fitness since lifestyle videos are not what I came here years ago. No criticism it just is what it is.

Start eating a raw carrot every night a week before your period starts it has change my life no more painful periods the carrot balances out your progesterone and estrogen it's a game changer for women plus with the magnesium you hopefully will start feeling better 😊

Hello, I've been vegan for 9 years, and for the last two years I've been struggling with severely low b12 levels, even though I take supplements. After, some tests they found that my body can't absorb the vitamin b12 anymore, and I'm left with injections each week but still no improvement.... What should I do Stefanie??!

Raspberry leaf tea (2 cups per day) throughout your luteal phase plus the magnesium should help ❤

I am menopausal but when I was young and had issues the first day of my period, I found that if I took Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen a couple of times a day starting 3-4 days before I expected my period, it really reduced those first day symptoms. I didn't have quite what you are describing, but would have diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness, and bad cramps day one for a few hours. Maybe this strategy would help your symptoms .

This is lovely! Just to put it into perspective for newbies, 30g/day is not high protein by any stretch. It's sufficient for most people that are not very big to maintain health, so not terrible. But not enough for building muscle. It's absolutely possible to get 100g+ on a vegan diet. :) The guideline is 1.6g per kg of BW per day if you want to build muscle or maintain whilst dieting.

Would she sleep more soundly and fully through the night if you stopped letting her take multiple naps during the day? If I nap, especially in the afternoon, I don’t sleep well at night.

Babies and adults are different in their sleep needs. It’s normal for babies to take multiple naps throughout the day, they need more sleep than adults
