I’ve crabbed and fished near that factory more times than I can count but never wanted to risk walking through the weeds

Shorty headers from FPA and some custom motor mounts. I think "Crites" sells them too. Nothing crazy, but if you want/need tall valve covers you cant have a brake booster unless you install an offset bracket like I did.. I may go hydroboost eventually.

Blood oxidizes rapidly and goes brown pretty quick, within a few days it's black. That was probably beet juice, I know old folks love their beets.

About 35 years ago when I lived in Ohio there was a home with nuns and joined a church and funeral parlor. Kinda like 1 stop shopping. There were rumors of things but me and my friends broke in since it was long closed. We found hand prints in blood on the walls. Although old and not red like blood it was still shocking. But we went into the basement that was a passage way to the funeral area. In the basement my friend decided to open a odd looking casket. And bam a body was in it. At first I thought that’s not real. Upon closer looking it was. There were notes with the body and 2 crosses. Sad someone left a body. After looking through microfilm I found out the people were attacked (nuns) 1 had been beat so bad she stayed in a hospital till her death. And whoever closed the buildings but never tore it down. Boarded it up and let it sit to decay. Till this day it’s still shocking to me. A loved one left to sit in a cold basement left there to be found by kids. Although I was a teen when I did this I told my stepdad and he told a friend on the force. The body was recovered. And I got grounded for 2 weeks cuz I broke in. ( that’s funny. Grounded. Man today people think that’s like jail and as a parent now it’s probably a jail-able offense. Lol

In 2012 or earlier, NJ Transit stored 7 Comet l push pull cab cars and coaches on the siding alongside the Atlantic City Line main track. Two cars were removed. The coaches had been leased to Montreal's commuter system and still had French and English decals on them. Cars are gone now. Sterling Rail brokers listed the cars for a long time, apparently no takers.
