Creepy Abandoned House next to Cemetery

The house is located next to a cemetery, but it doesnt look like it has any relation to it. As you can see from the video, the house has decayed quite a bit. The latest date I found on the newspapers was 1997. The kitchen and bathrooms look very (40s?),(50s?) with the pink tiles, and the rest of the house looks very untouched. Filmed with a GoPro Hero +
