Dear Doctor I am 75 years gent. I am non diabetic. I have BP taking med. Now for the last one week I have lower right waist backside acute pain of course unbearable. I went to ortho doc who gave painkiller but pain not subsided. Sparkling sudden pain some times even unable to stand or sit. Is it neurological one Sir. Treatment I need badly need. Thanks Venkat

Sir, I have been suffering from lumber spondylosis from past one year-2023 and I have no symptoms of numbness, tingling but have radiating pain in one leg

I have had 4 kyphoplasty and 3 fusions. I am going to have an MRI tomorrow my pain management specialist ordered x-rays last week another compression fracture was noticed hence the MRI. This pain is so debilitating, it difficult to even smile or see friends or function as a human being.
