I have Thoracic spondylosis as per my lateral routine x-ray last september. I have no pain at that time even at the back. But last November. Hello sir, My current age is 32, i have been doing weight training in gym from past ten years,but due to long and very poor sitting postures , i was recently diagnosed with the begining of cervical spondolysis, my sympotms are pain and stiffness in the neck and upper back, i want to know whether i can continue my weight training in gym if i add neck stretches and strnegthening exercises as told by you, gym is my temple and it really hurts bad as many online info is saying u cannot go to the gym,can i continue to live a normal life if i take care of my posture and nexk ? Hi Doc I have been having this problem for Six years i have been talking pain management drugs but seems the problem has worsened what you are explaining is what happened to me before I had an attack fell on my right side and pass out like five minutes and lost consciousness and my legs swell I visited the toilet many times in asper of two minutes and passed a lot of urine.since then I have been falling on my right side every timei lay down,I rise from bed Am going through a lot of test including Brain and whole spine MRI scans and I have been done a pet scan cause am a cancer survivor pls advice
