I got him in the first multi but in the wrong meta

He's trait: "when attacking enemy..." So, that'a why u not get reduce cooldown cuz enemy having shield(extra hp), different with shield(fire on back)

It's because of shield. Even other traits like stacks of Def and attack don't trigger with it

They have the shield that's why your skill return well you can experiment it

That’s so weird, my only thought is they have a shield and the cooldown reduction didn’t count as hitting them but it definitely teleported them. Not sure tbh.
