I still don't get how exactly this ATK increase stacks. Is it better than having 70% ATK on your medals? Can you combine it to increase the base ATK stat? Is a little confusing.

Simply , this damage increase is not a 3% increase in base stats but a 3% increase in damage dealt in a match. You can use 70%atk + % damage dealt, these 2 stats are not the same so they do not count as a limit.

@@gunlevis403 So I can potentially build a medal set with 9% dmg dealt from this medal + 70% ATK increase, is that right? That sounds interesting but it would leave little room for other stats such as DEF or HP. I'm not sure the compromise is worth it.
