Hi food zealot when I went to make liquid chapaty I tried to flip it but just wud not come out so that I cud flip it but when I went to flip it, it turned into a paste did not form into a Roti it was a disaster can u give me some tip

Maybe the consistency was not right (not too thick or runny)… also needs to rest for a while. If you follow step by step it should work!
