This video is abysmal. If you are unable to narrate, better don't do it at all.

@BlueLineLandWorks ....except that there is no narration, only obnoxious music if you click on the video. I actually know the narration by Paul Harvey that you talking about, but it is not in this video.

Is that more cost effective than just getting a mini madill . That is definately pecker pole logging.

Nice to watch a full size yarder at work with a 90' tube and seven guy lines. Interesting to see a more traditional landing, with a knot bumper and chasers instead of a mechanical trimmer/sorter. I got to log in the early 60's with may dad in the Klamath River country. We were all cat logging shows, with only one man on the landing unhooking chokers, bumping knots and hooking up trailers. The loading was done with cable machines and later a 966 Cat, which was a lot faster to move between landings.

@@BlueLineLandWorks Yeah that is the downside about drones, it's a pity you haven't other cameras recording sound and film from the cab of the excavator or on the ground. Never mind, thanks for the reply BlueLine, have yourself a great Chrissy & New Year.

A lot of guys won’t appreciate the skill of these cutters. Low stumps, no tearing of the trees, saving the best quality timber. Few years experience there.
