@@dylanjahraus Hello yes I was there and you attempted to answer a couple of my questions there regarding this but you misunderstood that I was explaining that when I tried to sign up for your site that the link for the rules went to Etsy directly. I was not on Etsys site at all. Can you help me understand why the the rules section I had to agree to before I could sign up to your site went directly to etsy's web page of their house rules. I was well prepared to sign up last night for the largest package you offer until I started finding so much contradicting information that looked very confusing. Almost to the point of misleading people to make it look like that the etseo site was part of Etsy. I really saw the value of what you're offering but really makes me nervous if you are not in this with Etsy at all how do you have all this information to make the AI understand what's going on in the back end of etsy when they don't even offer those stats anymore. Sorry for all the questions but I was super disappointed when I found out you actually were not connected with Etsy because my shop is doing so terribly the last year and a half that I thought this was the lifesaver that my family needed. Also to let you know about the email I received from you very much put me in the mind that it was from Etsy. The branding and details look so similar to them a person could easily confuse your brand for theirs. Especially with using the name e t s e o. I am a seasoned Etsy seller and have sold with multiple shops across years on Etsy and if it confused me that I immediately thought it was from Etsy and almost immediately paid for the largest package.. others will too. The brand confusion that this is causing could mislead customers to believe they are working directly with Etsy while using your tool.

@@dylanjahraus can you do a video explaining how to list products so they dont attract import taxes? Im using Gelato and want to sell worldwide but I see taxes sometimes added. I thought by using gelatos POD service that this negated import tax? Please help?
