Hi I started Etsy not long ago. I had to hire a fiverr person to help me load digital orders. which she didn;t put tags on them like i heard u say. So i am 60 yrs old. running short on money now, i have listened to all of your videos, but i can"t even sell one item.. what am i doing wrong? HELP please

Isn’t the whole point of Etsy is to make and sell handmade items by artisans?
