Once again I find myself here, listening to this sound and feeling weightless for a moment.

It certainly brings me back to simpler times.

The nostalgia made my forearm hair stand up. To the old days rip.

If I can´t fall asleep, I play this on my headphones, and imagine myself in Mass Effect Universe, it´s just.... Calm, slow and relaxing, just turning myself off from everyday stress and depression thanks to this.

No matter what was going on with Blizzard or WoW, the art and music teams have ALWAYS KILLED IT! SOOO good! <33

I feel compelled to comment as I've revisited this for years. In 2012 I was finishing college and this was the soundtrack to my study; then later at university it remained my go-to; and now aged 27 I come back to this when working on big projects at for my job. It's been a constant for me when I'm deep in work. So thanks!

I played D3 to start off with, then I got into D2 through Resurrected. I've always loved Diablo 3's soundtrack, ever since first hearing it. I can hardly think of a soundtrack that fits a game so well. It's immersive and it sends a shiver down my spine. Having said that, I really like Diablo 2's soundtrack as well, but it can get repetitive after all while. It's still amazing, and I found myself searching some of it on KZbin after first hearing it, but it does still get a little tedious if you've been playing for long stretches.

That first segment of music…… god damnit…. In the feels, the tears.

So dark, and cold, and mysterious... And soothing. Been listening to this for years... Still loving it Amazing to fall asleep to this. It sounds like a dream... Like something unreal... Like all existence is but a strange illusion. And so I listen to this in bed, say goodbye to the waking dream, and hello to the dark and kind embrace of the night, until the dream begins again in the morning...

The wintergrasp tracks without the drums of war... The strings and horns and the solo trumpet (and that incredible vibraphone) in those tracks just give me chills to this day, and just puts me at absolute peace. They have also helped me shed tears when I've needed to, just as the grizzly hills music has, and the song invincible. The WoW sound team is just something else. They've created absolute masterpieces. Masterpieces with value that is extended far beyond how just plain amazing they are to listen to... Connected with the memories and nostalgia associated with this legendary MMO, they're so much more than just pieces of music. It's such a unique thing to experience and is so hard to explain to people who don't know and have experienced the game first hand. I love and will forever love WoW and what it's given me throughout life. Thanks for creating and uploading this video.

This is much more than relax..a spiritual journey to places that were never existed..yet they are very real to us wow players. Thank you for this compilation!

I think the idea of Shepard actually walking on Earth, especially on such a nostalgic, country side road as in this pic, is to add personal importance to his quest the player might find otherwise missing considering Earth in a personal setting is actually never visited in the game.

Still listening in 2020....6 years past...i'm scared...listening to this music reminds me of my young ages....
