Awesome, very informative. I am looking to pick up an F3 S, am older (54), with a bum knee. This vid helped me out a lot in my decision, thank you.

After riding 2-wheeled motorbikes for 60 years, I am now the most content owner of a 2023 F3S. People are constantly asking me, “what it’s like to ride?” and I tell them that if a motorcycle & a Maserati had a baby=this would be it❗️ It’s not Lamborghini level performance-but that’s not its intended purpose…it’s what I call a “Tarmac Trike” with ALL the incredible benefits you so eloquently described in your video. Thanks👍

Hi, couple of questions. Looking now. Always said if I get 3 wheeler, just shoot me. We'll 2 drops with injury on my tiger and back surgery in June 23, I am not ready to call it quits! Have to sell my Harley and tiger to move on. Seems like videos I watch, along of left right movement. Is that true? How are bumps, worries me with my back plates. Your thoughts appreciated. Dan
@Bananimal6510 ай бұрын
Hi Dan. Yeah, there is a bit of left right movement considering the platform has three contact points, but it isn't too bad. Shouldn't be an issue for your back. Bumps? You'll definitely want to budget for good shocks as the stock rear would bottom out on me quite often. I've got the M2 shocks on mine and it is night and day. And riding on three really ain't that bad and is actually fun in its own way. There's a lot of benefits to it as I pointed out in my video. It's just a different form of locomotion in my book. If you accept you are done with two-wheelers and accept the three-wheeler for what it is, it's all good as it is what it is supposed to be. That's the way I feel about it.

Great video and low down of the F3 spyder. I am thinking about test riding one of these and maybe buying one to enjoy some rides out and going the distance. They obviously don't handle like a two wheeler and they are different in many ways as you have explained. Keep up with the vlogs as they are really helpful. I too have just moved to a canam from motorcycles after 40 years of riding, I hope to never have to totally give up riding (for the most part, I still ride a tad with the cb1300s) I have quite bad arthritis so an auto 3 wheeler is nice. and a hell of a lot of fun.

Brilliant minds and all that!!! I bought the RT Ltd and it's a different animal. Primary because it's 200 plus pounds heavier, closer to 300, and the operator position is; riding on rather than riding in. The seat height is 3 inches higher on the RT and that makes a huge difference in the turns and twisties. It took me 5-6000 miles to become one with the machine...this after decades of on and off hooligan two-wheeling. A couple of MC guys were rough talk'n it and asked me why I's stupe so low as to ride such a POS. My response was it took me 5-6000 miles to dial it on so a spectator or test driver won't ever get to know what it actually is. Further, I made the analogy, "it's like this; a Hayabusa and a Daymak C-5 played spin the bottle...my Spyder is the result of that encounter. You ride a motorcycle I drive a SportKart".

So I'm looking at both the RT Limited and Harley Freewheeler. I had a 16 Road King so the Freewheeler appeals to me more BUT I know that the spyder handles like it's on rails... I'm at a cross road right now 😂

Was the digital speedometer a special upgrade? I never seen and F3S with the F3 Limited digital odometer. I want to upgrade my 2018 F3S to that speedometer. Great bike!

My F3 is new and I’ve ridden it only once. (Still winter in Massachusetts). My previous bike was a 2015 Harley Road Glide Special which ran on lower rpm’s. I’ve heard the Can Am shifts and rides at much higher rpm’s but I can’t find anything that tells me the appropriate rpm.it would be interesting if you show the rpm’s when you shift and when you cruise. I enjoyed your video.

Hi bud, great Video. I really enjoyed your commentary and agreed with your comparisons with motorcycles (sports bikes). Like you, I have a sports car, sports bike and a trike....we are both lucky guys. I have an F Type Jaguar which I absolutely love and rate highly, a Honda Fireblade R1000RR and a Yamaha XVS 1100 V Star trike. I really like the Spyder F3 and your recommendation has confirmed that of other reviews. I’m tempted to say the least. Regards from a 72 year old British Biker 🇬🇧👍🏻
