The Immortal hulk gotta be my favorite cosmo-horror comic in Marvel as it not doesn't hold back with the psychological and body horror, but it also goes to scales that have never seen before in marvel comics such as the introduction of The One Below All. I could argue it was the only one out of these comics to be well written instead of overly edgy for no reason.

There’s a pretty big detail missing from the Avengers Disassembled overview - the Avengers didn’t disband JUST because of grief. Wanda took control of Tony Stark and had him trash his reputation in front of the UN. Because of that, the UN pulled the avengers charter and funding, and the reputational hit Stark Industries took meant he couldn’t fund the Avengers personally. This makes a direct line of connection through Civil War, where he used SHIELD funds to finance the Avengers, and Dark Avengers - as it allowed Normal Osbourne to take his place as leader of the same.

Something else interesting and notable about Ego - although he introduced himself as a Celestial, there's a widespread theory that he wasn't, and only assumed as such because he didn't know for sure what he actually was. This is mostly due to the fact that he has nothing in common physically with any of the other Celestials we've seen in the MCU, his powers seem to function quite differently, and he was also not born from within a planet the way Celestials normally are. Many people believe that he is more of a cosmic parasite who perhaps even feeds on the energy of unborn Celestials who have yet to emerge from the planets they're growing within. We'll probably never get confirmation of this since he's dead, but it's a compelling theory.

Am a old school comic collector. 1.Secret Wars cross over story's are brilliant. One of marvel best..... 2.House of M. Didn't read all the comic books . But read the beginning, the middle and the end and other crossovers... The Avengers and X-men comics keeped the story going for a few years.. 3..Civil war was good run as well. The vedio game is good as well. I cut down my comic buying a lot. I but started collecting this story line. .. It changed many marvel comics story lines. Spiderman is one of the story line in comics which the showed on in the movie with Dr Strange... . 4.Mutant Massacre, not one of my favourite marvel crossover. It was a long series and wasn't impressed by some of the art work. The story is fine though. . Even seeing thor in a X-Factor comic. was Brutal.. 5.. World War Hulk. never read the Hulk episodes( but did or still have the comic of the Liiuminati sending Hulk in to space.) and saw the cartoon movie were he became a gladiator on said plant. Sakaar.. Marvel and Disney are thinking off making a film abount war hulk. .. 7...Dark reign. I Read bits and pieces. So I can't say much. 8.The infinity Gauntlet. The fact he self resurrected and rearranged the dna of fantomex so his body could host his mind. He purposely removed the healing factor so he can “kill” the body. Also let’s not forget how he can casually ignore telepathy blocking devices like he did when he was held in telepathic proof prison. He stated “maybe I set mental suggestions in the minds of anyone that can “trap” his powers. This suggest everyone he has ever encountered has been “influenced” by his mind to do any kind of plot armor he wants to
