Mine gets stuck on Ad0 during the process. Told me its usually a cord. Bought new cord (40 bucks) didn’t help.

My carriage doesn’t go up and down automatically anymore. I have to hold the manual carriage up and down button. Where can I find info on where to troubleshoot this ? @primescales

How can I calibrate it? The weight is wrong. In the manual it tells me that with a kilo and the key QTY PST But my scale, as in the video, does not have the key marked like that

For those wondering how to change the unit weight from kg to lb (since Prime Systems has no online manual for this model): Hold the UNIT button until it beeps. You should see an arrow pop up either above or to the right of the lb sign next to the quantity field, which is visible in the video above. As far as I can tell, no arrow means it's measuring in kg, arrow means it's measuring in lb. Note that your scale must be zeroed out in order for it to switch units. Hopefully this helps other people in their search for answers

If you buy this machine, you better hope it doesn't need parts, there is absolutely no support from sellers. I have one with a bad turntable motor and cant get the part anywhere.

@@daltonkats7456 not one! We have found a way to keep the machine spinning, but I completely plan on ordering a new machine as soon as we can afford it. I do not think this was a sound purchase and would never recommend anyone buy this piece of equipment.

After an hour of frustration trying to even get in contact with tec support it took an employee 2 min to find this video. Really wish the company was easier to work with.
