My carriage doesn’t go up and down automatically anymore. I have to hold the manual carriage up and down button. Where can I find info on where to troubleshoot this ? @primescales

If you buy this machine, you better hope it doesn't need parts, there is absolutely no support from sellers. I have one with a bad turntable motor and cant get the part anywhere.

@@daltonkats7456 not one! We have found a way to keep the machine spinning, but I completely plan on ordering a new machine as soon as we can afford it. I do not think this was a sound purchase and would never recommend anyone buy this piece of equipment.
