whenever i type fastboot reboot recovery , phone goes to normal boot and restarts. i have repeated it 10-15 times. but same result. and when i type adb reboot recovery , it goes to mi recovery and responses nothing from the pc . now what should i do?plz help me.

Go to windows task manager and end process tree of adb. It will make attempts to start adb. Sometimes on Windows adb kill-server and adb start-server fail to start adb.

This is a pretty common issue and it happens due to version mismatch. You need to make sure that you are using correct rom version as per your region or there are multiple videos on KZbin to bypass it
