There are a Ton of trapped spirits. They are called Demons! I’ve lived there off and on since I was 7 years old. It’s a Great place to VISIT…. Only. That Island is very oppressed. Lovely again for a visit. The bars are filled almost daily there. I was just there a couple months ago and hung out with my hood friend that I haven’t seen in 9 years.. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE was the same. 🍹🥃🍺🍺 the food although is second to none! Love me some fresh seafood! Great history. You Really Need to watch what neighborhood you go in . Stick to the main places like the strand and seawall… ❤

Solid report! Coffee Waves rocks!! Great staff, great coffee and sandwiches! Most of our days in Port A begin and ends there. When you walk in the front door, there's water level mark from the Hurricane Harvey flood. Also check out Iries restaurant for upscaleish local flavor.

The number one thing YOU need to know is the residents think the over tourism sucks, too crowded. stop advertising port a, you are ruining it for everyone. go away.

Josh, This was great. Very informative. You explained why they call it a red light district. But, you say not to sleep on Galveston? Very confusing. Aside from this quizzical statement, this is a superlative presentation!

I took the red light district tour. it was overpriced and the tour guide pressured the whole group for a tip at the end. He kept repeating himself about a tip. I was going to tip him but he was aggressive about it. Horrible experience.

Lol, a little homeless problem! I am a Washingtonian and think Seattle has been ruined by the liberal politics. Remember CHAZ!! Certain areas you need to avoid!! Same can be said about Portland. Also in ruin. It’s sad. I’m glad as an outsider you are positive about the area. We’ve seen so much decline and the politics are leftist, so we are moving to Texas!!
