I found your video to be very informative and entertaining! Your voice is very calming and the comments you made to be enjoyable and even caught myself talking back to you (and FYI yes you did need more meat! I like lots of meat in my sauce too and have not yet EVER ended up with too much meat!) Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe and video. I fully intend to see what other recipes and videos you have posted! That spaghetti just looks so darn tasty that I'm having a hard time stopping myself from going and make it right now! I WILL be making it tomorrow 😊

There is no such thing as Spaghetti sauce...here in Italy it's called Gravy .. nothing else...Sauce is the term used around the world and you can tell those who use the word no nothing about Italian food...We don't use Bell peppers or Dry pasta in any Authentic Dish
@lusilvaiscooking27 күн бұрын
This is my Spaguetti meat sauce. I created this recipe many years ago. I make variations of it, which are just as tasty. It doesn't have to be from Italy to be amazing. Everyone has their own version. Happy cooking! 😎😋🍝

HISTORY OF ALFREDO DI LELIO CREATOR IN 1908 OF “FETTUCCINE ALL’ALFREDO” (“FETTUCCINE ALFREDO”), NOW SERVED BY HIS NEPHEW INES DI LELIO, AT THE RESTAURANT “IL VERO ALFREDO” - “ALFREDO DI ROMA” IN ROME, PIAZZA AUGUSTO IMPERATORE 30 With reference to your article I have the pleasure to tell you the history of my grandfather, who is the creator of “Fettuccine all’Alfredo” (“Fettuccine Alfredo”) in 1908 in the “trattoria” run by his mother Angelina in Rome, Piazza Rosa (Piazza disappeared in 1910 following the construction of the Galleria Colonna / Sordi). This “trattoria” of Piazza Rosa has become the “birthplace of fettuccine all’Alfredo”. More specifically, as is well known to many people who love the “fettuccine all’Alfredo", this famous dish in the world was invented by Alfredo Di Lelio concerned about the lack of appetite of his wife Ines, who was pregnant with my father Armando (born February 26, 1908). Alfredo Di Lelio opened his restaurant “Alfredo” in 1914 in Rome and in 1943, during the war, he sold the restaurant to others outside his family. In 1948 Alfredo Di Lelio decided to reopen with his son Armando his restaurant in Piazza Augusto Imperatore n.30 "Il Vero Alfredo" (“Alfredo di Roma”), whose fame in the world has been strengthened by his nephew Alfredo and that now managed by me, with the famous “gold cutlery” (fork and spoon gold) donated in 1927 by two well-known American actors Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks (in gratitude for the hospitality). See the website of “Il Vero Alfredo” for “Alfredo’s franchising in the world”. I must clarify that other restaurants "Alfredo" in Rome do not belong and are out of my brand "Il Vero Alfredo - Alfredo di Roma". The brand "Il Vero Alfredo - Alfredo di Roma" is present in Mexico with a restaurant in Mexico City and a trattoria in Cozumel on the basis of franchising relationships with the Group Hotel Presidente Intercontinental Mexico. The restaurant “Il Vero Alfredo” is in the Registry of “Historic Shops of Excellence of the Municipality of Roma Capitale. Best regards Ines Di Lelio

Mustard 😮 no no no
@lusilvaiscookingАй бұрын
You may omit the mustard and the vinegar, but the other ingredients are very important in order to achieve the flavor profile of my spaguetti meat sauce.
@vamp8903Ай бұрын
Mine also has red wine ...and a tin of whole tomatoes and let's not forget the basil and origanum
@lusilvaiscookingАй бұрын
My meat sauce has a different flavor profile, though. It's different.

I'm not crazy about the traditional bolognese sauce, and that's why I created my own. It's a matter of personal taste, I guess.

Sometimes I just throw in whatever peppers or tomatoes my garden gives me. Taste is important sure but the veggies really increase the volume of the dish and add extra nutrients

Same here. I have a pepper and herb garden. I use whatever it gives me,. The sauce tastes so much better.

This is similar to my sloppy joe sauce, looks like it would go on a hot dog nicely too.
@lusilvaiscookingАй бұрын
It doesn't have the sloppy joe spices, so it doesn't really taste like it, but it has ketchup and mustard, so you're halfway there.

This is really an american version! I do not doubt it tastes well. BUT the Ragustyle is another classic taste you all should taste.
@lusilvaiscooking2 ай бұрын
I'm Brazilian, so I brazilianized it. Is it even a word? lol I don't like the Ragu style much. I think it lacks that extra flavor I like in a meat sauce. It's just a matter of taste. I posted a couple of videos showing variations of this sauce, and the last one is truly my favorite by far.
@roms_hut36392 ай бұрын
@@lusilvaiscooking Interesting! I'll try making this one. I usually do my own versions. I agree Ragustyle must be made especially with great and tasty ingredients or it will lack. Tomatos must be specific, etc. Happy you answered so quickly.
