Loved this little Ghost tutorial. Beautifully done in an easy relaxing way. I have started my first Ghost painting of three that I want to do. I have posted my first one on your FB page. Watching how easy and uncomplicated this cute little guy was to do, I think I will give this one ago for my third Ghost painting. Thank you for creating this beautiful tutorial for us. 💀❤

What a delightful paint party idea! You are so clever! Your tutorial was so well done! Perfect pace for basic crafters (like me), good explanations of how & why for each step (and what not to do), & good visuals of the products that you are using (for my shopping list). Looking forward to following your next projects! 🎨 🖌️ 🪴

This is absolutely adorable! Do you happen to have a link to your fine detail brush? Thank you!!!
@feelingnifty6 күн бұрын
Aww, thanks so much!! I used the 2/0 detailing brush from the Michael's Artist's Loft brand set. The set is great and you can't beat the price with all the other awesome brushes you get in it. But if you're just looking for 1 brush, then getting a single 2/0 or 3/0 brush in any brand (look out for synthetic hairs) would work just fine also. Here is the set I personally have : www.michaels.com/product/10-piece-golden-synthetic-acrylic-brushes-by-artists-loft-necessities-10171146?michaelsStore=9181&inv=3.

How did you get the final result? The last image almost looks like you dabbed black or a dark lavender color on the flowers?
@feelingnifty6 күн бұрын
Good eye!! I have a habit of adding some extra detail once the the painting is done- hard for me to stop sometimes-lol. What I did here was: I took a dark purple paint pen and added tiny dots of dark purple sparingly over the lavender flowers. Hope that helps :)

Wonderful video! Very informative. I didn't know you had to seal them before painting! I've already painted them. If I seal them now, will they still be ok to house plants?
@feelingnifty10 күн бұрын
Thank you so much :) It's okay you already painted them. Did you paint the inside of the pot also? If you haven't, then you could seal that part. Or you can seal over the paint- that should be good too. Hope that helps and thanks for stopping by and asking your question!

You should start selling those! Who knows, maybe you’ll get some good cash off of those, they are really pretty too! Keep going! You’ll achieve great things in the future!!! ❤❤❤

What do you do if between the dark charcoal and the white is both dry and so you can't dry brush blend. What do you do? Find a color that is between white and charcoal?
@feelingnifty12 күн бұрын
Great question! You can remix that color and reapply it to do your blending work. Hope that helps!

Do not the paints on the inside of the ball flake off with time?

A very few did yes. Most of them stayed intact throughout the years though.

Have only brown paint but want blue what color to mix w/ brown to get blue
@feelingnifty26 күн бұрын
Great question! It can be challenging to get blue with brown but if your brown has enough yellow in it you can try mixing it with teal/turquoise for a greenish blue.

I appreciate this video. I'm just getting started. I found a pad of 20 sheets at Michaels called Creatology. It looks like it's for kids - it was on sale for $3 so I grabbed two! Thanks for mentioning the weight of the paper - this is 135lb so now I know these will work. It’s the little details like this that beginners need. Thanks again! 😊
