What helped me a lot was to focus on the whitewater trails every wave leaves behind and to position myself just a few meters in front of that whitewater trail. What you see on the ocean’s surface is the mirroring of the sandbank underneath…this trick helped me a lot in catching more waves. Great channel and what a fantastic surf spot. 🤩

If you see a nice girl and you like at your local breaks: Paddled next to the girl. Blocked people with your surfboard, so the girl had a chance to catch the wave. And asked her out for a ice coffee at your favorite shop that almost everyone like you. It was working almost every time for me.

Great tidbits here - love how you present the information. Really enjoy the channel! Should be studying work stuff - but would rather learn more about stuff that actually matters.

Just watching this the day before heading to Ireland to do a similar trip! It gives me great confidence seeing how much stuff you have and how old your bike looks. somehow I have ended up in the same boat and was getting worried. GREAT VID and great choice of location! :)

Great video. I wish fcs made replacement sections. The straps are generally fine so they should sell just the rope part. Undo the grommit with small alun key and insert new section. Job done !!!

I'm not a surfer but I feel sorry for Sussex surfers! The waves here NEVER curl onto the beach. Always straight on regardless of the wind direction - sometimes hundreds of yards long. I have the videos to prove it. Windy or post wind they hit the beach in one big crash. They never ride for more than a few seconds. They're cheated!
