That's way too much work and second guessing having to be faster then the person attacking. Look, Phillip Bayer has the best Chi Sao drills that's literally untouched but when it comes to outside of in fighting it falls short a bit. Wan Kam Leung system using the 5 centerline theory with those cross hands you can practically have your eyes close. Of course I'm being facetious but none the less I would have an open mind in checking it out.

Great Wing Chun. Where in Greece? I was in Athens in summer and i found just 1 small school with great wing chun. All the others i visited was terrible. Will be back in winter - interested to touch hands with more people.
