I put a sticker on my travelers notebook that means the most to me (with gorilla glue, too, it's not coming off) but I've found strangers don't understand it & take it for something it is not. People actually get aggressive sometimes but mostly they ask questions but it's mine, I dont want to answer them all the time... or have a convo all the time. So while I LOVE the sticker, LOVE the reason it is there, I still regret putting it on there. So now I'm looking for my next travel journal. I will put the most important stickers on the inside. More generic stickers on the outside so no public meddling.

As far as Prang, a family friend gave me a used palette as she teaches elementary. I think if I'm not mistaken they're more comparable to Crayola kids paint.

I ❤the Bella Grace magazines. I have every issue since they started publishing the magazine. I keep all of mine because I enjoy re-reading them. The photography is beautiful and the stories are very touching. Eventually I will start gifting them to family/friends but for now, I enjoy having them easily accessible for myself. 😊

Great ideas! Not many have have done such descriptive vids on using magazines and the magazines that can be used except you and Natasia at Treasure Books, at least not that Ive found. Awesome video. Good ideas. Btw, you can reduce the glare on mag. Pages with clear matte gesso, if applied lightly with a sponge applicator. ☺

New subscriber I love using magazines also! My local library purges every so often and I take stacks of them home with me, go through them cutting what I want and store the pages in clear page covers (can't think of what they're called) in a binder.

These are some of my favorite magazines and I keep them all. I think it’s genius how you use the images to prompt your journaling. And you use a lot of my favorite journals! Just subscribed. 😊

In the beginning I had a hard time ripping the pages from my magazines. 😮 Learned to be creative by photo copying if a page has a great image on the backside, too - I use everything. Even use the magazine cover to take and decorate over a plain travelers notebook. 😊 Thank you for sharing your tips! 👍

Fabulous video! I already do this with some of my journal pages. Someone gave me a whole stack of Faerie Magazine and once I've read them, I use them again for my journal pages. So much fun. Thank you for giving me a lot more resources to use. I love the way you create the pages with art journaling on one side and written journaling on the other. I'll do a whole journal that way.

Okay you've got me I'm going to try a Leuctrumm. I've been going back and forth in my head about it. Now I haven't decided if I'm going to try an A5 because I'm not the biggest fan of true A5 but I love a B5 and since I use a comp book as an everything journal it might be nice to have a table of contents.

I have a weird style 😂 but I love Charleston style & design, lurzer archive, mantra wellness. Love this idea of the images prompting the entry!❤

My favorite notebook as well. I'm using the Bujo ed.2 and it just makes all of my neutral fountain pen inks look gorgeous.White paper and my favorite inks just do not look as great in my eyes. By the way, I love the bowing of the notebook cover over time because it looks as if it just hugs the pages within.

I just finished a Leuchtturm in the same colour, also A5! It was my stream of consciousness journal and lasted from early May until a few days ago. The only difference is that mine is dot grid, 120gsm paper. I like the 80gsm paper too but I am a hardcore dot grid devotee 😅
