I really love the positivity. I was diagnosed prediabetic as well, so this content is perfect for me. You are absolutely right about watching what you eat and staying healthy. I will say it is a lot easier said than done. I have gotten off track, and need to watch what I eat. Love your video, Taras. 🙂
