That's exactly why I quit using amazon. You think you're buying something new but they'll send you a used pair of shoes. They sent me a pair of white shoes with red mud on the bottom of them And that's just 1 of the things. Multiple times, same story.

Best Buy stocks Starlink units so you might have better luck finding one sooner if there is one around you, at least you can look at it before you buy it and there’s a place to return it if something like that happens

All the ones I seen on Amazon, are from 3rd parties, it may be shipped from Amazon, they may have told Amazon it was new to post a new product, but that didn't come from Amazon as the seller.
