What’s up bro? New here. Been binge watching you. Been for the past 48 hours jumping into the commercial cleaning business avenue.. looks promising. For me I have some personal goals to fall in line w to then launch my bussiness but I’ll be more than ready. One question while I’m here- in a competitive profession like cleaning with local competitors everywhere, how do you say the best way would go about getting commercial contracts? I am a retired veteran, I have come to the conclusion I will do the traditional flyers, bussiness card, and will be visiting businesses introducing myself and asking for the property manager. Directly to the source who works hires and establishes the deals for cleaning services. Is it really possible to go remote in Cleaning on commercial side as well? How would you grow a team from scratch? I would assume I’ll have my hands heavy if I try with just me. Best of love

No it usually takes about an hour to get that email out. 24 hours if its a larger account or scope of work.

I currently believe the science has already been done on microfiber technology which its why its used in hospitals. However i would love to see any studies you have that point to an even better option. Thanks for the info.

How is it ruining lives? Both employer and employee knows that its a risk to take AND no one on either party is being forced to do so.😅 also, not every business is going to be able to afford to pay under the table for multiple of their employees unfortunately. Dont forget this is the US systems fault. It’s either this, or immigrants would have no jobs, until we can find a better way. :(

Do ITIN numbers count for your employees? I know they may not have papers, but they definitely pay taxes through ITIN. So does ITIN work for hiring employees?

We had our cleaning business going on a year. Me and my wife we were mainly concentrated on doing residential cleaning. We did around 6 jobs. But our main focus is getting a contract for commercial cleaning. I find it difficult to obtain these contracts. If you can or anyone on here has any advice we're all ears.

Have you tried smaller commercial businesses? A business that has a lot of foot traffic. They might tend to be open to an outside cleaner instead of their own employees. Like nail and hair salons, commercial buildings that aren’t too big, apartment buildings. Think outside the box

What’s up bro. So I’m in a situation where I have been trying to get leads and appointments myself for almost a year. Going through those growing pains of trying to figure out which VA and which leads are going to work for my company. I haven’t converted a lead yet and only one appointment. My back is against the wall financially to be honest. I either have to buy into a franchise or buy verified leads at this point and try to convert those appointments. If having to choose between the franchise route or buying verified leads what would you do? It sounds from the video that you would probably say buy the verified leads for the time being but I want your opinion.
