I like that the words "the facts of life" are actually in the lyrical clue for The Facts of Life 🤣

I scored 11, and I knew 6 more but could not think of the name in time. Not bad for an English Boy. A lot of these shows were not on UK TV. Anyone that did-not get M*A*S*H needs help. (Or they are too young for these shows).

How is Living Single not on this list?

It was mainly the sitcoms I remembered. oOme of them I could name within the first second pratically.. Dramas were harder. I guess because I needed the laughs as a child. Didn't have the happiest childhood.

The intro to Hawaii 5-O made Hawaii look so much more modern and cool than anywhere else in the lower 48 at the time. When I was a kid I thought Hawaii was the place to be. Especially when Magnum PI came out later. I'm betting those 2 TV shows actually helped to boost tourism to the islands. 🏝️

Hearing all these take you in a time machine. There was one i don't think made the cut, that theme song from that show called "Out of this World", and Growing Pains...

These are some of coolest theme songs you're ever going to hear, so cool to hear musical instruments and real singing at its finest. ❤😁

20/30. TV watching was restricted in our house. Most of the ones I didn't get are shows I never saw. Except Dark Shadows - I got that instantly even though I never watched it.

What I find interesting is that I know every single one of these, most within a couple of notes. And I know most theme songs from shows of the 1960s and 1970s from seeing those shows in syndication. But get into the mid 1990s and later, and I hardly know any. I was such a TV baby, but completely stopped watching TV once I got into my 20s. I don't think I'd know a single post-2000 television theme, not even one.

We are in the same boat. I miss these shows. TV was a royalty when we were kids.
@rmcq1999Ай бұрын
I was born in the mid 70s, but grew up with all these 1960s show played in syndication on WXON and WKBD Detroit. I cut school frequently and was often home watching television when most of these played during the off prime daytime hours.
