I'm noticing some quivering in my body now after doing this meditation. My legs won't sit still. They just keep quivering from the hips. I'm noticing a quivering in my chest too

I was so ready for this it was crazy. She came into me before we even made it back. At first she didn't want to. She kept quickly walking away from me. She walked out of the cave and into the forest and she kept looking back as if she was afraid. I continue to pursue her but gently and I apologized to her, and she stopped. Turned around and looked at me. Went out towards one another with our knees facing and our hands together. I was not expecting her to trust me so quickly but I have done so much work over this last year. She is my heart, this is what I've been missing 😭

I want to share my experience from 2 days ago (dec 5th, 2024) I went out to get some food or groceries and I didn't know where to go, I remember thinking about my higher self and I asked it "please communicate with me, where to go?" I kept asking this question and then I received a thought that said "go to this store" so I went there and let my higher self guide my choices. I picked a can of sardines because I had been procrastinating on eating them despite being healthy. Today (saturday dec 7) I ate the sardines in the morning and then something told me to suggest my mother to buy sardines. I messaged her and she told me that she woke up thinking about buying sardines! We were in sync... The point here is that intuition indeed guides you to a beneficial choice for you and for others with potential good results in the long term!
