5:11 Ive followed this diet since the early 80s. Co- workers made fun of me, family critisized me & I didn't give up. Had yogurt, cooked when sick. i am 67, heathy. l bless my food each day😮, respect all living creatures ❤

Thank you again for another beautiful video, Alberto. It is greatly appreciated. I would love to hear what you eat for those two meals per day and your ideas about cycling protein. I try to eat a lot of greens every day and I do not eat meat, so I end up having to rely largely on tubers, fruit, nuts,and seeds primarily omega 3 rich. would that be the same for women though? cortisol spikes pretty quickly and messes with our cycles, if we don't eat especially within one hour of waking up...any ideas please? thank you!
