Auch wenn es jetzt schon etwas älter ist: gibts zu dem Project im Video den Arduino-Code und auch die zum Original leicht abgewandelte Android-App irgendwo zum runterladen? Auf der Github-Seite zu "Sharespresso" findet man nur den ursprünglichen Code. Ich habe das unlängst erst mit einer S95 umgesetzt und wäre sehr an den im Video gezeigten Adaptierungen interessiert. You can use whatever CT/MRT dataset, for example from relatives. Tthere are also datasets to download somewhere, but I don't remember.

I now have the improved version of a "Windreiter" envelope with almost 600 liters of gas volume. My own concept only uses 2 hinged rudders - the third fin is rigid. But for this I use two motors with swivel gondolas and thrust differentiation. Should work, but I still have no idea how fast the airship will be.

Hey guys, i am totally stacked with an assignment.. we have MRI stacks/like 213 slices each/ on one of the two hemispheres and many patiants .. so you can imagine that the MRI images are not the same..they are not tilt in the same way.. does someone has an idea how i can make fix this using imagej

You can use ImageJ or Fiji for that, too. There are many tutorials on Fiji/ImageJ and there is a volume calculator plugin, if necessary.

Hi there, nice work! Thank you for this useful information, although i have a doubt. I'm trying to import an MRI of a friend knee into the Seg3D software, everything goes smoothly but the distance between images in the Sagittal (X) axis are too far appart, making impossible to make a volume from the immage series. Do you have any idea how to manipulate this values in order to be able to proceed with the other steps? thank you!

hey. Ich habe jetzt alle teile hier und zusammengebaut. Kann mich mit Bluetooth verbinden. Nur wenn ich eine neue Karte erfassen möchte steht auf dem Display unknown card und sie wird nicht eingetragen. Hätten Sie da evtl. einen Tipp für mich MfG

Siezen ist nicht notwendig. Also du hast die Registrierung neuer Karten über die App gestartet und dann sagt er "card unkown", verstehe ich das richtig?

das ist nett vielen dank! genau card unknown oder unknown card! liegt das vielleicht daran das ich das EPROM Tool noch nicht drüberlaufen lassen habe? befehle mit dem communication Tool senden funktioniert. falls das daran liegt das ich den EPROM nicht mit 00 überschrieben habe wäre ich über eine genauere Erklärung sehr dankbar! :-) ausserdem wäre ich noch über eine Erklärung wie ich den EPROM der s95 auslesen Speichern ändern und hochladen kann sehr dankbar! MfG

Am Anfang des Codes werden ja die Kartennummern aus dem EEPROM geladen. Wenn da also nicht registrierte Kartennummern und auch keine Nullen drin stehen, dann sind die importierten Kartennummern natürlich Unsinn. Das Registrieren neuer Karten geht dann auch nicht, weil er die erste Speicherstelle sucht, wo eine Null drin steht. Ich würde mal den relevanten Inhalt des EEPROMS auslesen, also die Kartennummern und gucken, was da drin steht. Das geht mit dem EEEPROM-Tool, Punkt 2 auswählen.

Vielen dank für die schnellen Antworten. Also lade ich erstmal das eeprom Tool auf den arduino? Wie sollte ich dann vorgehen um den eeprom mit den Nullen zu überschreiben? Bin gerade etwas hilflos! :-) Ich entschuldige mich für meine Anfängerfragen und bedanke mich im voraus für deine Hilfe!

Ja, das EEPROM tool muss erst mal auf den Arduino. Ich glaube auf Pin 0 und 1 ist der Bluetooth Dongle, der muss dafür eventuell kurz raus, da der Arduino auch an einen Rechner angeschlossen werden muss und sonst vielleicht der Serial Monitor nicht funktioniert. Im Serial Monitor sollte dann auch ein einfaches Menü erscheinen. Da wählst du dann das entsprechende aus (2) und drückst Enter. Ich hoffe das stimmt so, ist alles schon so lange her.^^

Hello I downloaded (fiji is just) ImageJ, i am trying to cut parts from my 3d viewer but as soon as I select "freehand selection" (or any else selection type) my fiji software crashes and quits on its own (btw i have installed it on my Ubuntu 16.04). Can you please advice me what should i do to resolve this problem. Thanks in advance :)

I don't know. You may try another version of ImageJ or Fiji, e.g. the 32 bit (or 64 bit) version or ImageJ (instead of Fiji) or an older version. Anyway, there are cases where I would recommend other software, for example ImageVis3D or Seg3D (University of Utah) or Meshmixer or 3D slicer, depending on what you want to do.

Depends on your data. Most probably not, if you got a DVD from your doctor.

ohh thanks for your help. btw i am working on some porous material (cuboidal shape) and eventually it gave me same 3d view using all of the 3 planes (or folders ). btw i had one last doubt "How can I save "recorded 360deg rotation" or "animation view" of my 3d object created in "3D Viewer" in plugins in a movie form (.mkv or .avi etc) ?" I had presentation last afternoon so i just recorded my desktop screen with my mobile camera. :p Thanks in advance. Looking forward to your reply.

Danke für die schnelle Antwort. Ist es Umständlich den Code auf dem Rasperry (Phyton) zu betreiben, habe schon alles? Oder ist die Anschaffung von einem Arduino eher empfehlenswert ? Meine S9 Avantgarde hat einen 8 poligen Stecker. Funktioniert das mit dieser auch. Grüßle

Yes, just put them into a stack. Depending on what you are working on IrfanView may be a suitable tool. It allows batch processing of image, for example resizing, converting and of course altering brightness.

Hi, ich suche nach einer Möglichkeit, den aktuellen Status der Maschine auszulesen. Ich finde die Werte leider nicht im RAM-Speicher, irgendwo dort müssten Sie ja aber sein. Hast du eventuell eine Ahnung, wo genau diese zu finden sind? Es geht hier auch um eine Jura X7 bzw. die baugleiche Bremer Smart.

Jedes Modell ist anders, daher kann ich es nicht sagen. Zumal ich mich seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr mit Kaffeemaschinen beschäftigt habe. Frag mal im Forum von Coffeemakers nach. Ansonsten einfach ausprobieren: Auslesen, z. B. Schale rausnehmen, noch mal auslesen.

Hi, one question. I've loaded a Serie of mri files. But there was one Body created. Have I to Import all files? The CD contains 6 Folders with diffence Picture files? Further there is no Rotation possible. Only movements to x and y axis. Thank ou for your answer!!

Please specify your problem. What do you want to do and which problems do you have in which software? For medical purposes maybe a DICOM viewer is the tool of choice.

thank you for your responce. i have a cd with dicom datas and i imported them into seg, but there is only one layer shown, although i added ALL images. further there is no rotation possible. only one axis. because i develop a new artroscopic item, it where nice if the compliation with seb and vis would work. thank you from germany. regards olaf beck

Cologne is not far from here ;) Try importing only one folder at a time. If in doubt, choose the folder with most images in it.

Also nun mal auf deutsch. Problem: ich lade aus dicom Ordner 1 File z.B. axiale Schichtung. Diese Bilder sind dann scharf, die cor. und sag. Ausrichtung nicht. Dies führt zu einer unscharfen Zusammenfügung im Editor Fenster. Leider lassen sich die einzelnen Files nicht einzeln laden. Wol iegt mein Fehler? Danke

Die Auflösung der image stacks sind unterschiedlich. Ich habe in dem Video oben nur die Bilder eines Ordners benutzt und zwar den mit den meisten Bildern und der höchsten Auflösung.
