Scalp massages are my favorite, oil or dry. The ones that just use shampoo don't sound the same. I like foam, but the scrubbing doesn't hit the same. Hair tonic and barber massages are great too. I'd love to see you visit India.

I have to wonder, is the oil used during the massage going to cause any kind of head/body acne? I have oily skin and I feel like if any amount of oil touches my skin, I'll have acne breakouts for weeks.

I had to have magnetic therapy right after I had my 3rd EMG and it put me to sleep. Scared the crap out of the doctor because five minutes into the magnetic therapy and she heard me snoring. It tickled to start then relaxed me enough I passed out. Woke up though in more pain than when I had first gotten there. That's when we found out I had hyperplastic ribs and spine and hips. Doc told me I was lucky to still be walking

Such a relaxing video, your'e advice is so good too. I use scalp scrubs every other wash and other pre wash scalp treatments. I am also an older lady at 58 and have very long hair. I have it down in cold weather and up in warm weather. It's true what you grandma says but I'm determined to leave it as long as I can for as long as I can! Luckily I am blessed with hardly any grey for my age.
