She seems extremely gentle. Most tok sen is a bit more firm. Also it seems like the tool is upside down? The rounded point should be down and flat larger side you hit.

More depends on the master. Both sides can be used, different pressure.

There is a tool that is a straight cylinder. It covers a large area but both ends are flat. This too has rounded ends. The rounded end feels deeper. It feels really nice. I think that's why she is using the tool "backwards". To get a large area rounded end?

I'm not knocking the technique, but I don't understand how this helps. It seems like its too gentle. I need someone to move the meat off the bone.

You're right about it looks too gentle because this video is a roleplay designed only for creating relaxing tapping sounds for sleep (now I added 'Roleplay' in the title for a clearer understanding).
