How much would 62m of eaves sheeting installation cost? We have had the asbestos ones removed and so just needs fitment. Timber framing for the eaves is pretty good. Might need the odd new piece of timber in here or there. 1984 build. Guessing your aren’t Victoria based?

Once it rendered its pretty strong but I wouldnt ve installing them in high traffic areas eg balcony or ground floor

Great to see the eaves enclosure being fitted. Would you include eaves vents with mesh screening, to allow air circulation but keep out bees etc? We do this here in the UK.

Most timber merchants would be able to supply this. Just ask for the type of profile you want and see if they can do it on a wider piece of board.

@@NickDeeCarpentry looking at installing timber fence extensions to the top if a timber fence which has capping. The extensions are designed to slide over the top of the pailings. In this situation where there is capping on the top if the fence there us no exposed pailings.

Surly there must be a better way then cutting the steel sheets with a grinder or what you used a drop saw 😳 they leave horrible edges and burs, plus take away the colourbond paint? Wouldn’t shears or snips be a way cleaner finish

Sorry to say the lack of bitumen painter timbers that are touching the ground and in concrete , no counter sink screw holes means this may look ok for a year before wear n tear will give your name a bad rep man. I hope you didn’t paint it with a hard top sealer that needs sanding off and turns the wood orange. I think you can do better.
