That was the actual boss vergil being controlled by the player, DDMK allow you to control a little of the boss vergil and parry is one of the things you can use on this boss vergil

Universal split screen, it's a program that came before proto input, you have to use this one because it can block findwindow from stopping the second instance to run, unfortunately blocking the findwindow cause proto input to be unable to work on this so you have to use universal split screen to redirect keyboards and mouses

Glad to see Vergil player staying in-character without running and jumping (I'd say rolling is ok vs some stuff you can't dodge otherwise). Good stuff!

I used a directinput and emulated it as a xinput, the game started using both for each player, so i suppose that it works on the crack version

This is a pnach code, since it uses the raw codes, you could try converting them to codebreaker or gameshark, or use ps2rd, however i never tested it on a real ps2 before to make sure it works
