Medal of Honor Allied Assault Breakthrough Split Screen Test

There's a console command named "in_joystick" that allow to use a gamepad(apparently only Dinput ones, can't confirm if it's true), unfortunately i didn't found a way yet on how to have each controller for each players at moment so 2 players only
I used one of the methods that Nucleuscoop docs mention(mutex removing)
i used Custom Resolution("r_customwidth","r_customheight") and a bordeless program for split screen effect.
