Im not a fan of spring valley,i did not have a good experience in that city. The food in some of those restaurants are good thats it!

Spring Valley has views to the ocean, downtown, and Mexico from the west side of FmDictionary Hill. Also, Jamacha is pronounced “Ham-i-shaw”

San Diego Chargers 😢 is no more so sad 😞 As a family every year we would vacation for a week when the Oakland Raiders would go down south to play the Chargers. Such a nice beautiful area. Dean Spanos you lousy business person you screwed it all up !!!!

Best is up in the hills above the city. Views of downtown, the ocean, the reservoir, commute to downtown not bad, easy access to shopping in Otay Lakes and China Vista, prices not as insane as some areas.

I am definitely in the market for one of these. It turns out my ex-girlfriend went homeless last Sept. I just found out last month. We've been reunited and I'm trying to help her get her life back together. She really wants to live on her own, not dependent on someone else. I'm in Rancho Bernardo so I'd want her to have something closer to me, like Poway or Ramona, etc. I'm could do $35k up front then the rest in financing. I'm searching listings online and it's hard to find any for sale.

Skyline, Barrio Logan, Logan Heights for crime. Also the East Village area of downtown with all of the mentally ill homeless. South end of East Village along Imperial is San Diego's Skid Row. Also avoid parts of Sports Arena - another area full of unhinged homeless due to the county's mental health facility being there. The homeless are released into this area.
