I am definitely in the market for one of these. It turns out my ex-girlfriend went homeless last Sept. I just found out last month. We've been reunited and I'm trying to help her get her life back together. She really wants to live on her own, not dependent on someone else. I'm in Rancho Bernardo so I'd want her to have something closer to me, like Poway or Ramona, etc. I'm could do $35k up front then the rest in financing. I'm searching listings online and it's hard to find any for sale.

@@livininsandiego Thank you. Yes, I've been here but I'm confused. These appear to be just the homes, not the place to put them. ...or am I reading that wrong? I'd absolutely buy one now if that were the case. I'm just going through these thinking "and where am I going to put it?" :-(
