Nice video, I watched it because I planned to add an external jack for an external mic. I was very careful in disassembling my Nikon Coolpix S9900, but when reassembled back the camera it did not work well as before been disassembled... I have taken apart and put back together the cam since then several times but each time there is a different issue, I think it is the ribons that are not making a good contact with the connectors, but they are put back very carefully by me. i do not know what else to do, the camera was working well and never had an issue with it before. I have disassembled and fix many laptops and smart phones and several other electronic equipment but I do not know what is happening with my camera... Any suggestions, please?

I had put a search in for the repair of my '89 Pathfinder door handle and got your video which doesn't list the years that you're replacing on....so yes I now see that your linkage inside the door is different from mine, here's a pic of mine off of ebay image.png See the yellow piece...it has to be fitted around the actuating rod after bending it almost in half, so it acts as a slip-proof connection, then inserted into the hole in the latch handle where the hole is.....it's very difficult to ghet it all lined up but I've done four of them so far and I'm getting better at it every time. The first time this happened to me, I took it to a mechanic and it took him 2 hours to get it right. Thanks for the video anyway it is instructive for those who have that year(whichever year it is) and your reply. If you ever get an '889 PF and need a handle, email me and I'll help you out LOL, Yours Ken M

You appear to have glossed over the most difficult part of the replacement....the actual threading of the mechanism on the car side into the little round hole on the little plastic piece (mine's white, but some are yellow) that is inserted into the door handle part.....I got so frustrated that I took it to an auto shop and it took the professional about an hour to get it back together! Any brilliant ideas about how to make THAT part easier and less frustrating?
@zetreque
@zetreque 6 жыл бұрын
Interesting. I have done it several times (because I tried gluing it a couple times before replacing) and never had a problem with that part. The way you describe it sounds different so maybe you have a slightly different door. Yeah I had no idea the video would get that many views either.

The whole video worked out great other than the last part of actually removing the door off the frame (it was stuck on the top part). Disconnecting the door clip by clip was fairly easy, but took some extra force to remove the last part at the top. Also, the metal rod that connects to the new handle on the inside of the door was tricky to connect for a second, but I was able to figure it out and connect it in the end. This video was an enormous help. Thanks

And 4 or more wheels. In Australia, the transit authority uses this method to check if a lorry is overloaded. It matters for safe stopping distance, and excess weight damages road edges. Axels are weighed then the score is aggregated. The euphemistic name used for the 'inspectors' mermaids or cu***s with scales.

My city hall limits trash bin load, and I think I have made it too heavy with tree cuttings and finding ways to measure the load was my reason for checking this video. Thanks. I remembered learning something about this in school, but I couldn't remember the details. Now, when you mention "keeping the center of gravity the same," is that the same thing as keeping the weighing points all the same height (i.e., level)? Because, say an item is much heavier at one end than the other. The object's center of gravity will not be near dead center. Assuming all weighing points are the same level, will this method still be accurate if the object's COG is not dead center?

Well done, but I strongly suggest that you wear a dust mask when you are sanding. The glass dust will mess up your lungs really bad and the belt sander makes it airborn. A disposable mask will work, or better yet a rubber 3m mask with changeable filters can be purchased on ebay for around $20 if you plan to do a lot of this.
