Thanks to the video I replaced my screen ! After gluing the screen with T-7000 glue, a minimum of the glue has come out and can be felt at the edges. How to remove it ?

Why desolder the speakers when you are transferring them over anyways? Why not leave them connected and remove them and transfer with the board?

The speaker wires are routed through holes in the chassis thus making it impossible to not unsolder them.

@@avalon1734 If you're not savvy with a solder, you can use a small razor to cut open a path. It's risky because you can cut the cable, but I just did it on mine.

Why in hell would you speed this up? I had to slow the play back speed on KZbin just to see what's going on. Cheesy music didn't help either.

I just checked for the price of the Panasonic NCR18650b and it is about 10 euros per piece, and for this project you need 30 pieces. With this figures, It seems to be not not cost - effective. Where am I wrong?

there was no need to remove the "sisterboard" nor the vibrator, nor the battery... waste of time with those parts and also further risk of damaging those components when being removed..

The Kugoo S1’s 350W motor at 36V draws 9-10A. The NCR18650B is rated for a max discharge rate of ~4.8A. When you finally put it back together, did you experience any issues? Especially when riding at max speed?

There is also a NCR18650PF, that has a max discharge of 10A.
